Application: To apply for a rental, please fill out the rental application. Each applicant needs their own application and anyone that will be living in the unit age 18 and over, needs their own application. There is a $25 application fee per applicant.

Co-signer: All students require a co-signer. Co-signers are usually the parents or a family member. Co-signers can also be required of other applicants based upon employment, credit scores, etc. If you are unsure, please ask. Co-signer forms must be submitted and processed with the application. Parents have the option to submit their co-signer form and supporting documentation directly to us via email.

Change of Roommates: It is possible to change occupants on the lease agreement but it must be done through us with the new applicant filling out an application and being approved. Subleasing is also an option but only allowed if pre approved by us in writing and all roommates have agreed.

Tenants notice to vacate: Please fill out the form and submit if/when you know you will be vacating a the end of your lease.

Cleaning expectations: Current tenants can view and plan for cleaning expectation when vacating.
