Most units run on a 12 month lease starting around July, but there is flexibility based upon lease signing date.

We have units located throughout San Luis Obispo and can accommodate most needs from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom unit. Some locations (MurraySt, Casa St, Loomis, Couper Dr.) are walking distance to Poly.
Our Morro Bay properties are walking distance to the water front, downtown and Main St. and they are perfect for anyone wanting the peace and quiet of a beach community.
This list is always changing during the months of February – June. Please feel free to check in directly with us for current availability. Prices are usually for one person per bedroom. Depending on the property we can accommodate more than one person per room with a slight up charge to cover our additional expenses.
We also manage several Airbnb properties if you are going to be in the area visiting.
